A key component of the hybrid app experience was facilitating communication, and this happened in many different forms: expert care tips and surveys from the PAMS team, real-time communication between caregivers, and lastly, providing all this information to the patient’s physician. I designed an experience that would feel inviting and educational from the start, whether being accessed from a laptop, phone, or tablet. The ability to collaborate so easily and learn about the path they are on will enable the caregivers to provide the best care possible for their loved one.
